  • All orders are 3D printed in-house and made to order.
  • Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

  • The price for shipping within Canada will vary based on the weight and size of the model.

  • Free shipping on orders over $60 CAD.Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

Returns

  • Due to the nature of 3D printing and custom designs, all sales are final.
  • No refunds or returns are accepted on custom orders or regular orders
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
